This project boats beautiful tranquil views over the Georges River, 2 bedrooms with built-ins, large living space and under covered patio. Tiles throughout, lovely bathroom and spacious laundry area with ample storage.
Access was difficult for materials and construction was tough.
We also installed a concrete stair case from street to waterfront and completed landscaping and leveling.
