What type of clients do you work for?

We mostly work directly with home owners. Sometimes home owners engage a designer to act as their agent.

Do you do plans?

We don’t directly do plans, however we have a few designers we may be able to refer you to.

What scale of jobs do you work on?

Generally our projects would be between $50,000 and $2,000,000. With smaller jobs we tend to be a little less competitive than a smaller operator.

What areas do you work in?

Generally we work on projects in the Eastern and Southern suburbs of Sydney. However we have worked as far south as Corrimal, as west as Camden, and as North as Manly.

Can you show us other projects?

Yes we have hundreds of photos of other jobs you may view by visiting us by appointment. It is likely we have something similar to what you are planning.

Where are you based?

We have recently acquired a shop/office that you can visit by appointment to discuss your potential project.

How do you contract with owners?

We use Housing Industry Association contract forms.

Usually we use the ‘Fixed price lump sum’ method, however some jobs are more suited to the ‘Cost plus’ contracting method.

Will you consider partial contracts?

Yes, we have built projects to Lock-up stage for owners/builders. This works for clients that have the time to coordinate the finishing trades themselves. This can save you considerable costs if you have the determination to do it.
