Sutherland Shire based Builder, “Life Structures” provides residential building service along the east coast of Sydney.
From as north as Mosman, all through the Eastern Suburbs, and Sutherland Shire, and across to the Inner West and St George areas.
We have very high staff retention with half of our crew being with us for over 10 years and a couple approaching 20 years.

We have been in business for a long time and will be for many more, so you will easily find us if something needs attending to after a job is complete.
We usually run around 4 to 8 projects together depending on their size.
This is a manageable amount of work so you can be assured your project will have the right amount of supervision and attention.
Every job is staffed appropriately during the job with no disappearances. This is the biggest attribute that separates an experienced operation from an infant business.
Our Hands-on Workers are all carpentry based but renovation work requires a multi skilled approach which keeps the project running. We are not constantly relying on subbies for filling in the gaps.
As we have developed subcontractor relationships over the last few decades, we have found the right teams to ensure a tradesman-like finish.
