Builders and Renovators
Life Structures is a medium sized construction business, mainly working in the residential field.
Previously Sutherland Structures from 1996 to 2007, then Life Structures Pty Ltd from 2007 to 2024.
We have delivered in the order of around 400 varied projects over about 28 years meaning we have a solid understanding of the residential market.
The vast majority of our client relationships end on a happy note meaning the bulk of our work is by referral which is the best type of advertising.
Our target market is:
Major renovations to existing houses (about 8 per year)
New architectural or difficult access homes (about 1 per year)
Medium and small renovations where they can fill gaps in our availability timeline
Work to units or common areas in unit blocks as we have the Class 2 registration
But sometimes we do other types of work as it arises
